This is an amazing opportunity to join our family owned Company as Garden Centre Manager at our Glebe Centre, as we start the next phase of our Centre redevelopment.

We will be adding 10 000 sq ft to our internal retail space in time for Spring 2027. This will include doubling the size of our Watering Can Cafe. Our outside sales area has already been improved, ready for the Spring.
The successful candidate will need to be a strong leader to successfully deliver this period of change with the Glebe Team. They will need to be results focused: to deliver excellent customer service, fantastic store standards and of course the sales growth we would expect from the investment at Glebe.
