This role will head up the horticulture side of the business.
- You will work with the buying team to build long term relationships with the growers, whilst also delivering commercially viable promotions, efficient supply chains, growing programs, financials, range reviews and innovation to double the size of the horticulture section of the business.
- You will form part of the senior leadership team to drive the business forward and realise its ambitious growth plans.
- You will manage the end-to-end supply chain and lead a team of buyers.
- You will utilise your knowledge of the horticulture sector to make the most of the trends in the market - eg. houseplants and know where to source quality products from.
- You will look at ways to increase basket spend and size through their well established online platform.
