Highfield Garden World is Gloucestershire's largest independent family run garden centre.

The role is extremely varied and will involve assisting the General Manager and Directors in the running of the whole centre team, with particular emphasis on purchasing, merchandising, epos management and staffing.
You will have strong organisational and proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a garden centre or similar retail environment.
This position is full time and will involve alternate weekend working with a set day off each week.
