The Role
Our partner garden centres, nurseries and brands are at the heart of Sproutl. We are looking for an Account Manager who is passionate about helping our partners throughout their entire Sproutl journey, from onboarding to growing their sales year-on-year. This is an exciting opportunity for a standout individual to join a growing team. From bringing-on partners, to supporting their growth and cultivating relationships, no two days will be the same as you work across the business:

  • Maintaining and growing outstanding relationships with our regional garden centre and supply partners through strong communication and reporting.
  • Report to the senior Business Development & Account Managers and assist them by liaising with partners, driving the onboarding & stock listing processes and maintaining contact with the partners.
  • Working cross-functionally (from the Production Team to Tech) to on-board our new partners and their available stock.
  • Holding regular meetings with partners to share reports of their performance, understand any issues they may be experiencing and gather insights that may be used to expand their stock listings and grow their sales - feeding this information back to the relevant Sproutl teams.
  • Collaborate with our operations teams and partners to resolve order related problems or issues to ensure high levels of Sproutl customer satisfaction.
  • Understand the stock holding and buying plans of our partners in order to communicate this to our Trading & Marketing Teams.
  • Be a positive representative of Sproutl to our garden centre and nursery partners, building strong relationships and supporting the growth of the Sproutl community.
  • What we are looking for:
  • Someone who is customer obsessed and can produce best-in-class service across all touch points, remote and in-person
  • 2 - 3 years’ experience of working in a client facing environment
  • Experience In the gardening industry: you know this space well in terms of the products.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Numeric competency and the fundamental excel / google sheets skills to be able to create and understand product and sales reports.
  • Strong project management skills, the ability to effectively prioritise and high attention to detail are essential.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A strong work ethic, a humble attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit!
