We are Bow Garden and Aquatic Centre located in the heart of the Devon countryside situated minutes from the A30 near Okehampton.

An independent family owned, and owner run business, we have a loyal local and destination shopping retail customer base with a very capable, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service team.

Our business encompasses a very successful Garden Centre offering complimented by our Aquatic centre and award-winning Café, all open seven days per week.

We continue on our path of growth and are now looking to recruit a senior manager to join our team. We are looking for a really good people manager who can engage, support and develop our team and build on the skills and capability we already have. You’ll be a customer led retailer, who recognises the importance of keeping the customer satisfied. You’ll also need a depth of retail experience and be a solid leader who is collaborative, and can adapt, change, and lead effectively.

As well as strong people management skills and retail experience, ideally you will have some garden centre management experience across gardening, aquatic and café services, but we are also keen to speak to candidates from a retail management background as well. Maybe you are an experienced manager looking for a change – our business is where you can make a real difference. It is also a lovely, positive environment to work within.
